- Member of a relevant professional body such as APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA or CIOB
- Knowledge of advisory and consulting disciplines, including bidding and work winning
- Experience in Project Planning, Projects Controls, Commercial Management or Contract Administration with strong P6 skills
- Team leadership/management experience
