- Lead turnkey interior fitout projects from site mobilization to final handover
- Manage project schedules, critical paths, and resource allocation aggressively
- Oversee the integration of high end, custom joinery elements with site works
- Enforce stringent quality control standards to match design specifications
- Drive project profitability by monitoring budgets, cash flows, and variations
- Value engineer solutions without compromising design intent or structural integrity
- Negotiate contracts and manage sub contractors, suppliers, and specialized trades
- Act as the primary point of contact for prestigious clients, architects, and consultants
- Collaborate closely with in house factory teams to align joinery production with site timelines
- Resolve complex site conflicts and engineering bottlenecks swiftly and diplomatically
Requirements
- Minimum 10 15 years of experience in interior fitout and joinery management
- Proven portfolio of successfully delivered large scale residential, commercial, hospitality or luxury retail projects
- Deep technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing, wood species, and finishing techniques
- Expertise in reading complex architectural drawings and MEP coordination
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are highly preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software
- Flawless communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
