Responsibilities Head Marketing

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy, B2B & B2C plans and campaigns in order to increase revenues in collaboration with the Commercial Department.
  • Work closely with the stakeholders in order to market and raise brand awareness whilst ensuring alignment to branding guidelines.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase traffic
  • Develop ‘go to market’ programmes and develop the annual calendar for marketing campaigns
  • Gather consumer insights and segment target markets in order to develop targeted marketing plans/campaigns
  • Oversee the execution of all marketing activities to ensure these are in line with brand guidelines
  • Establish mechanisms to track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade / brand marketing plans and activities
  • Monitor marketing activities to recognize industry trends and analyze their effectiveness in order to make recommendations for management approval
  • Drive the development and awareness brand by ensuring a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints
  • Work closely with the Creative Design team, Events & Exhibitions and Corporate Communications to ensure marketing campaigns are supported as per the requirements
  • Work with advertising agencies and vendors, to identify budgets and contribute to the preparation of an annual marketing budget
  • Oversee the sales and placement of indoor print and digital advertising, informational displays and signage, and public art

Responsibilities Brand Marketing

  • Implement marketing activities related to brand marketing in order to raise brand awareness and brand reputation
  • Contribute to benchmarking and RFP process from the development through to selection and implementation in line with approved procurement process
  • Contribute to development of ‘go to market’ programmes and the annual calendar for brand marketing campaigns
  • Support the Unit Head in gathering consumer insights and segmenting target markets in order to develop targeted brand marketing plans/campaigns
  • Execute brand marketing activities and ensure these are in line with the brand guidelines
  • Track, monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand marketing plans and activities
  • Monitor brand marketing activities of other airports, airlines / travel industry to recognize industry trends and make recommendations to the Unit Head
  • Ensure brand marketing campaigns portray a consistent brand image across all customer touchpoints
  • Work closely with Creative Design, Events & Exhibitions, and Corporate Communications teams to ensure brand marketing campaigns are supported as per the requirements
  • Support the development of brand marketing budgets by gathering inputs from suppliers / vendors
  • Arrange tactical activities, branded spaces, and sponsored areas to drive revenues and to improve passenger experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a marketing role (Head)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role (Brand Executive)
