- Monitor sales per passenger (SPP), conversion rates, and overall commercial Key Performance Indicators to optimize space utilization.
- Ensure 24/7 compliance with standards, including visual merchandising, health and safety regulations, and customer service delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between authorities, vendors, and suppliers to resolve operational bottlenecks.

- 2+ years of progressive experience in concessions, F&B, commercial operations, high street retail, or mall management

Role Summary
