Programme Overview
Lead a multi-year enterprise transformation programme modernizing a Geographic Information System on ESRI ArcGIS.
Integrate the GIS with core business platforms and deliver a phased rollout across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead the GIS modernization workstream from requirements through production support.
- Integrate the modernized GIS with core business platforms through enterprise integration and business process frameworks.
- Plan and oversee cloud infrastructure deployment.
- Drive enterprise process automation across the programme.
- Own data migration and system cutover planning and execution.
- Run a phased rollout across multiple business units with disciplined governance.
Qualifications
- Proven enterprise IT project management and digital transformation programme leadership.
- Hands-on GIS project leadership using ESRI ArcGIS and spatial data systems.
- Track record in enterprise systems integration, data migration, and system cutover.
- Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with executive-level communication ability in both languages.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
Contract Duration
- The stated contract duration is 24 to 30 months.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
