Role Overview
Mindstream is hiring an experienced EDMS Technical Consultant.
The role provides onsite technical and functional support for enterprise document management and records management systems.
Contract
- The engagement is a one-year contract that may be extended.
Experience and Education
- At least 5 years of hands-on EDMS/ECM platform administration and configuration experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Records Management, or a related field is required.
- Candidates must be bilingual in English and Arabic.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with workflows, approval routing, notifications, and escalations is required.
- Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy, document retention, and disposition is required.
- Experience with role-based security and access control is required.
- Knowledge of Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID integration is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical and functional support for EDMS and records management systems.
- Configure document types, metadata, taxonomy, workflows, forms, notifications, security, and retention rules.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, configuration, integration, and user-related issues.
- Coordinate with product and vendor teams for L2 and L3 support.
- Support onboarding of new departments and business units.
- Support migration from SharePoint and file-share repositories into the EDMS.
- Participate in UAT, regression testing, and system improvements.

- The work location is in person.
