Mind Stream is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a multi-year enterprise digital transformation programme.
The programme focuses on modernising GIS platforms using ESRI ArcGIS and integrating them with core business systems.
Location and contract

Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end GIS modernization programme from requirements through production support.
- Manage integration between GIS and core enterprise business platforms.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure deployment, process automation, data migration, and system cutover.
- Lead phased rollouts across multiple business units with strong project governance.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and manage cross-functional vendors.
- Report programme progress, risks, and key decisions to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong experience in enterprise IT project management and digital transformation programmes.
- Proven GIS project leadership experience using ESRI ArcGIS and spatial data systems.
- Experience with enterprise systems integration, data migration, and system cutover.
- Excellent vendor management, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
