Role Overview
Mindstream is hiring an Interior Finishing Site Supervisor for a high-end interior fit-out project in Qatar.
The role is based in Lusail, Qatar and requires 8+ years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise gypsum, painting, flooring, joinery, and other finishing trades.
- Allocate manpower across work zones and monitor daily productivity.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure proper work sequencing.
- Maintain daily photographic records of site progress and quality.
- Identify and document extra works and variations with photographs and measurements.
- Prepare variation reports for the Senior Fit-Out Site Engineer.
- Inspect completed areas and ensure finishing quality before consultant inspection.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in interior finishing or fit-out projects.
- Strong subcontractor supervision and manpower coordination skills.
- Good understanding of interior design and fit-out shop drawings.
- Strong eye for finishing quality and workmanship.
- Well-organised experience with progress and variation documentation.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person at the project site.
