Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Real Estate team in Sheffield.
The role leads and oversees complex construction projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects within time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and governance arrangements.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor finances, and manage change control.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Pursue business opportunities and mentor junior project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects.
- PMP certification and a record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Primavera.
- Consultancy experience is preferred.
- Sustainable construction familiarity and LEED certification are a plus.
