Role Overview

Project Leadership and Planning

• Lead project delivery activities in alignment with company objectives and brand values.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project programs, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, site due diligence, and design development.
• Ensure compliance with local authority, health and safety, and sustainability requirements.

Design and Consultant Management

• Manage multidisciplinary architectural, interior design, MEP, and structural teams.
• Review design documentation for alignment with the project brief, budget, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops and value engineering exercises.

Procurement and Contracts

• Support tendering and appointment of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Recommend procurement strategies for luxury hospitality and residential developments.
• Administer contracts with commercial and legal teams.

Construction and Stakeholders

• Monitor construction progress, quality standards, and adherence to design intent.
• Conduct site inspections and progress meetings.
• Manage contractor performance and resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Represent the client, prepare reports and dashboards, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Handover and Closeout

• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
• Ensure operation manuals, as-built drawings, and other project documentation are delivered.
• Support transition to operations and post-completion evaluations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Professional accreditation such as PMP, RICS, MRICS, MCIOB, or an equivalent is highly desirable.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience managing luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects from inception to completion.
• Experience within client or developer organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts, local permitting, and regional construction practices.
