Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Drive project strategy, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery strategies.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions and contingency plans.
• Manage project personnel, contractors, materials, equipment, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate operational continuity, project phasing, access requirements, permits-to-work, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage ORAT, operational readiness, handover documentation, training, defect management, and project closeout.
• Support procurement and tender activities and manage RFIs, technical submittals, variations, and contractor interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, authority requirements, quality, safety, operational requirements, and project standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• Requires 5–10 years of project management experience delivering projects or work packages up to USD 50 million or equivalent.
• Requires experience delivering 1–2 complete end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through handover and closeout.
• Requires 4–7 years of experience in airport, live operational, or major infrastructure environments.
• Regional Middle East experience is preferred.
• Experience managing multicultural teams, contractors, consultants, and multiple stakeholders is required.
• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, and BIM platforms is required.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, reporting, commissioning, handover, and operational readiness is required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
