Role Overview

Bleu Ciel Properties is seeking a Civil Engineer to oversee industrial construction projects in Dubai, UAE.

The role leads construction delivery on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction teams and subcontractors and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, legal requirements, designs, and specifications.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, report progress to senior management, and resolve project challenges.
  • Conduct quality inspections and maintain effective communication throughout project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven Project Engineer experience with main contractors in the UAE.
  • At least 10 years of project management experience and 5 years of warehousing construction experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, UAE building codes, and industry practices.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Professional project management certifications or additional qualifications are advantageous.

Employment and Compensation

  • The role is full-time.
  • Compensation is AED 8,000–15,000 per month.

Work Location

  • The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
