Job Overview
Bleu Ciel Properties is seeking an HSE Engineer to safeguard employees, assets, and the environment within construction sites.
The role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety management, or a related field, and relevant experience in construction and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Organize and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, documenting root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure adherence to HSE regulations, standards, and internal procedures, and communicate requirements to all personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training, and HSE performance metrics, and submit regular reports to management.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, first aid, and coordination with emergency services.
