Role Overview
Penspen is seeking an experienced Production and Operations Engineer to support PMC activities for an upstream oil and gas project in Abu Dhabi.
The role requires extensive expertise in production engineering, well intervention, well integrity, artificial lift, stimulation, well testing, and production optimization.
Experience in ADNOC upstream operations is required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- At least 15 years of upstream oil and gas experience with a strong production engineering and well operations background.
- ADNOC Onshore experience and knowledge of ADNOC standards and operational requirements.
- Strong experience in production optimization, well intervention, rigless operations, and well integrity.
- Hands-on experience with well testing, logging, stimulation, and artificial lift systems, including ESP, gas lift, and rod pumps.
- Experience in production surveillance, well performance, and production enhancement programs.
Responsibilities
- Support PMC activities for an upstream oil and gas project.
- Apply production engineering and well operations expertise to upstream project activities.
- Support production optimization, well intervention, rigless operations, and well integrity activities.
- Support well testing, logging, stimulation, and artificial lift operations.
- Contribute to production surveillance, well performance, and production enhancement programs.
- Work in accordance with ADNOC Onshore standards and operational requirements.
