Role Overview
Penspen is hiring a Senior Completion Engineer to supervise and execute safe, efficient, and cost-effective well-completion operations at the site.
The role includes coordinating contractors, monitoring operational performance, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring well integrity, and maintaining HSE compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead completion activities at the wellsite.
- Implement approved completion programs and procedures.
- Manage onsite crews, contractors, equipment, and resources.
- Maintain safe operations and verify well barriers.
- Resolve operational problems and minimize downtime.
- Report daily progress, performance, and completion results.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 15 to 18 or more years of experience in oil and gas construction, including at least 5 years in a lead role.
- At least 5 years of offshore experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with international standards.
- PMC, EPC, and offshore experience is preferred.
- Previous ADNOC project experience in a similar role is advantageous.
