Penspen is seeking a Senior Interface Engineer - Offshore.
The role manages technical and operational interfaces between offshore construction teams, contractors, engineering disciplines, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
- Identify, track, and resolve interface issues at the offshore site.
- Maintain interface registers, action logs, and progress reports.
- Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project teams.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications, schedules, and HSE requirements.
- Escalate interface risks and support timely technical decisions.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Minimum 5 years of offshore experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
- Familiarity with international standards.
- PMC and EPC offshore projects experience is preferred.
- Previous ADNOC project experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
