Role Overview
Plan, schedule, and monitor offshore construction activities for an offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.
Analyze project progress, delays, critical paths, risks, forecasts, and recovery actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain offshore construction schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor progress against the approved baseline schedule.
- Analyze critical paths, delays, productivity, and schedule risks.
- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and S-curves.
- Coordinate planning inputs from construction, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams.
- Develop recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Verify contractor progress and ensure accurate progress measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
- At least 17 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure.
- At least 5 years of offshore project experience is mandatory.
- PMC experience is preferred.
- Previous ADNOC project experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools, such as Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel.
- Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
