- Lead go to market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolio
- Enable sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about product benefits
- Partner with product team counterparts to develop strategies for bringing features and product enhancements to market
- Create stand out product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace
- Build and execute tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption and support retention
- Speak to and with customers to gain new perspective and feedback on products
- Collaborate with data insights, strategic research, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross functional teams
- Build experiments, test theories, and share learnings with cross functional teams
- Use data, customer feedback, prospect understanding, and market/competitive intelligence to fuel initiatives
- Track and report on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of product line performance metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement
- AI savvy with demonstrable experience in going beyond basic AI application to conduct work
- Strong storytelling and writing skills
- Data first approach, adept at using analytics platforms and insights

Summary
- We are currently seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team in Burnaby, Toronto or Calgary, New York, or remotely across Canada (excluding Québec).

What you’ll work on
- You lead the go to market (GTM) and product adoption efforts for your product portfolio. This includes positioning and messaging, new feature launches, adoption and retention, internal team enablement, customer and prospect lifecycle initiatives, and other programs that help empower our customers to
- Enabling sales, marketing, support, customer success, and other internal teams to tell a compelling story about our product benefits.
- Partnering with your product team counterparts to develop strategies that successfully bring features and product enhancements to market.
- Creating stand out product messaging, campaigns, and strategies that differentiate Clio in the marketplace.
- Building and executing tactical marketing plans that increase product and feature adoption and support retention.
- Speaking to and with our customers to gain new perspective and feedback on our products.
- Collaborating with data insights, strategic research, customer marketing, competitive intelligence, and other cross functional teams to develop market research.

- Tracking and reporting on marketing performance and KPIs while maintaining intimate understanding of product line performance metrics.
What you bring
- You are seasoned. You have 6+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement. AI, legaltech, and enterprise customer experience is a strong plus.
- You’re AI savvy. You have demonstrable experience in going beyond basic AI application to conduct your work.
- You’re a storyteller. Whether you’re training an internal team on an upcoming release or crafting a go to market strategy, you use your strong writing skills to tell compelling stories that speak to your audience.
- You have a data first approach. You’re adept at using analytics platforms and insights to inform your recommendations and substantiate your approaches.
