- Ship and launch features end to end, collaborating with cross functional teams
Requirements
- At least 6 years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B software environment
- Proven experience building or managing AI driven products
- Prior experience in legal or legal tech (practicing lawyer, legal ops, or building AI legal solutions)
- Strong track record of owning and shipping mission critical products at scale
- Strategic and data driven thinking, comfortable with ambiguity
- Customer focused mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Product Leadership: Drive successful outputs and outcomes in product area.

What You Bring
- Prior Experience in Legal or Legal tech: background as practicing lawyer, legal ops, or building AI legal solutions.
- Product Management Acumen: At least 6 years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B.
- Experience with AI Driven Products: Proven experience building or managing AI driven products.
- Execution and Ownership: Outcomes obsessed leader with proven ability to make things happen.
- Strategic & Data Driven Thinking: Uses qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy.
- Customer Focused Mindset: Keeps customer at center of decision making.
- Collaborative, Detail Oriented: Partners effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Strong Communicator: Communicates effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
