What You'll Work On

  • Product Leadership: Drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area, developing a roadmap in conjunction with your peers.
  • Drive AI Powered Innovation: Envision how AI driven automation can radically simplify how lawyers intake new clients.
  • Champion Product Led Growth: Lead with intuitive onboarding and automation solutions to drive user adoption and business growth.
  • Strategy and Prioritization: Drive customer and market research, identify opportunities, develop business cases, and determine priorities.
  • Cross Functional Leadership: Ship and launch features end to end, collaborating with Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

What You Bring

  • Prior Experience in Legal or Legal tech: background as a practicing lawyer, in legal operations, or building AI powered technology solutions is a significant asset.
  • Product Management Acumen: At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
  • Experience with AI Driven Products: Proven experience building or managing AI driven products.
  • Execution and Ownership: Outcomes obsessed leader with proven ability to own products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Strategic & Data Driven Thinking: Uses both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy.
  • Customer Focused Mindset: Keeps the customer at the center of decision making.
  • Collaborative, Detail Oriented: Partners effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
  • Strong Communicator: Communicates effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
