Responsibilities
- Drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area, developing a roadmap in conjunction with your peers
- Envision how AI driven automation can radically simplify how lawyers intake new clients from first outreach to signed agreements
- Lead with intuitive onboarding and automation solutions to drive user adoption and business growth
- Drive customer and market research, identify opportunities, develop business cases, and determine priorities
- Ship and launch features end to end, collaborating with cross functional teams like Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support
Requirements
- Prior experience in Legal or Legal tech: background as a practicing lawyer, in legal operations, or building AI powered technology solutions is a significant asset
- At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment
- Proven experience building or managing AI driven products with strong understanding of machine learning capabilities
- Outcomes obsessed leader with proven ability to own products throughout their lifecycle
- Strategic and data driven thinker using both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy
- Customer focused mindset, keeping the customer at the center of decision making
- Collaborative, detail oriented, able to partner effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
- Strong communicator with ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders

What You'll Work On
- Product Leadership: Drive successful outputs and outcomes in your product area, developing a roadmap in conjunction with your peers.

What You Bring
- Prior Experience in Legal or Legal tech: background as a practicing lawyer, in legal operations, or building AI powered technology solutions is a significant asset.
- Product Management Acumen: At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- Experience with AI Driven Products: Proven experience building or managing AI driven products.
