Responsibilities
- Build and own a clear product vision and strategy for your area
- Drive the full product development lifecycle from problem definition through design, engineering collaboration, launch, and measurement
- Own the automation strategy: define what scalable automation means in a space where every customer's setup is different
- Collaborate with engineering leadership and technical teams to navigate complex trade offs
- Work cross functionally across entity setup, contract setup, and infrastructure teams
- Synthesize customer escalations and edge cases to identify patterns
