- 8 10 years relevant experience in the banking sector
- Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills

Role Purpose
- To lead and manage the performance of Home Finance and real estate products as per the bank’s strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Generating client leads to finance real estate property.
- Counseling customers on market conditions, rates, prices, and mortgages.
- Developing a competitive market price by comparing other banks.
- Creating lists for real estate sale properties with details.
- Building customer cases with required documents.
- Finalizing deals with customers for signing facility offer letter, mortgage contract, etc.
- Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, etc.
- Maintaining real estate license and knowledge.
Products
- Manage and prepare products (design, development, enhancement) to align with market needs.
- Develop and cascade bank's management strategy into Home Finance Department strategy.
- Maintain product/credit programs and manuals up to date.
- Update product pricing document periodically.
- Maintain practical product term sheets.
- Follow up on internal and Sharia audit points.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
- Document and keep all product policies and procedures manuals updated.
- Enhance current processes by identifying gaps and improvements.
- Obtain Sharia, ops, and legal approval on policy changes.
- Set service level agreements with internal departments.
- Act as customer service and experience ambassador.
Business Development
- Provide market intelligence based on updated market scan.
- Transform strategy into business partnerships with mortgage brokers, developers, etc.
- Follow up on units and departments to achieve strategic partnership objectives.
- Suggest ADIB participation in industry events.
- Initiate networking events and set agendas.
- Set up training programs for business partners.
- Establish current channel distribution ratios and evaluate enhancements.
Marketing
- Work with marketing team to develop product collateral such as FAQ flyers, application forms, etc.
- Enhance and maintain home finance micro site.
- Establish and manage product marketing plan including SEM, IP targeting, etc.
- Initiate promotion plans such as radio ads, street panels, SMS campaigns, TV ads.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in business preferably Finance or Accounting.
- 8 10 years relevant experience in banking sector.
- Understand Real Estate market/industry dynamics.
- Good knowledge of UAE Banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- Good planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- MS Skills, Project management skills.
- PC literate with exceptional analytical skills.
