Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 4 years of banking or financial services experience focusing on relationship management and portfolio growth
- Excellent knowledge of business banking, trade products, and foreign exchange rates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in customer complaint resolution and service delivery

Role Purpose
- The Relationship Manager will focus on improving relationships with elite clients while overseeing operational tasks and driving growth in liabilities, FX, and fees to surpass financial targets annually.
Key Accountabilities
- Achieve assigned financial and non financial objectives.
- Manage and grow the portfolio effectively, emphasizing increases in liabilities, FX, fees, and trade transactions.
- Identify and capitalize on cross selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Conduct regular visits and calls with clients to maintain rapport and identify new business opportunities.
- Address customer complaints promptly and provide excellent service.
- Maintain awareness of risk parameters including AML, compliance, and regulations.
- Monitor customer transactions for signs of risk or non compliance.
- Conduct ongoing due diligence and update customer records accordingly.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of banking or financial services experience, focusing on relationship management and portfolio growth.
- Excellent knowledge of business banking, trade products, and foreign exchange rates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in customer complaint resolution and service delivery.
