About Lyft Urban Solutions

  • Lyft Urban Solutions is North America's leader in micromobility, operating bikeshare and scootershare programs in 57+ global markets.
  • The Hardware Product and Industrial Design Team conceives, develops, launches, and sustains world class products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and align cross functional partners and teams to drive a shared vision for new station hardware products.
  • Understand Lyft's strategic and competitive position to set team goals, success metrics and roadmap.
  • Identify and resolve systemic product issues impacting Lyft markets and customers.
  • Communicate clear roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences.
  • Represent Lyft in external forums and with customers.
  • Work closely with counterparts in software product management, program management, and other related functions.

Experience

  • 5 6+ years experience in product management, product design or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Passion for micromobility and sustainable urban transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or relevant work experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and deploying end to end hardware products is a plus.
  • Experience with micromobility vehicles and platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about product ecosystem dynamics.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills.

Workplace

  • This role will be in office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
