- Design features that help drivers understand their earnings, access their pay, and resolve payment issues efficiently
- Lead end to end design for driver earnings and identity verification experiences, from research and ideation through execution
- Play a critical role in designing solutions that protect users and enhance trust in the platform
- Collaborate with cross functional partners to design intuitive and effective designs for rideshare driver, identity and fraud challenges
- Problem solve, think big, and explore divergent concepts while understanding how to converge and build iteratively towards vision
- Influence product shape with research and data while executing design work using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and prototypes
- Advocate for design by sharing work and presenting cross functionally, articulating design rationale
- Inspire the entire team by bringing new ideas to the table
Requirements
- 5 6 years of product design experience with a focus on complex systems and workflows
- Experience working with a lean team of Engineers, Product Managers and Program Managers
- Experience taking a holistic approach to designing complex workflows and reducing friction
- Experience managing cross functional stakeholder feedback and expectations
- Expertise with Figma and experience using AI tooling
- Excellence in design craft
- Experience running user interviews and usability testing designs
- Ability to work with a low ego, highly collaborative, cross functional team

The Opportunity

Responsibilities

Experience

Workplace
- This role will be in office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office at least 3 days per week, including on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
Salary
- The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $136,000 CAD $170,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
