Join the Digital Health team as a Senior Product Manager leading customer-facing digital health and e-commerce solutions.
Translate business and user needs into scalable, impactful digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Drive the strategy and execution of e-commerce and omni-channel digital products.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Identify customer pain points and deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions.
- Leverage AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Product management experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC.
- Proven experience with customer-facing digital products and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital product ecosystems.
- Experience or exposure to AI or GenAI applications in digital products.
- Demonstrated expertise across the full product lifecycle.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual Arabic and English capability is an added advantage.
