- Own the CRM product roadmap, customer data strategy, and identity resolution initiatives.
- Lead the transition from fragmented systems and duplicate records to a unified customer view.
- Drive CRM platform consolidation, integrations, and data governance across the business.
- Partner closely with engineering, data, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Define and measure success through adoption, data quality, and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within CRM, customer data, platform, or systems products.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer data models, integrations, APIs, and data governance.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organisational change.
- Comfortable working with technical teams on data architecture, workflows, and platform integrations.
- Experience leading CRM migrations or platform consolidation projects (preferred).
- Exposure to customer engagement platforms such as Intercom, HubSpot, or MoEngage (preferred).
- Experience in high growth technology, fintech, proptech, or SaaS environments (preferred).
