The Senior Product Manager for the ARC segment in the International Region is responsible for defining, executing, and sustaining the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the ARC segment portfolio. The role acts as a strategic and technical leader, bridging product development, commercial execution, clinical value, and customer advocacy to drive sustainable growth, competitiveness, and customer satisfaction across assigned geographies (International Region covers Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America, India, Japan and AKA).
This position operates at the intersection of upstream and downstream product management & marketing, clinical expertise, and commercial enablement, ensuring that regional market requirements and customers’ needs are translated into differentiated, compliant, and competitive ARC solutions.
Le/la Senior Product Manager du segment ARC (Anesthesia & Respiratory Care) pour la Région Internationale est responsable de la définition, de l’exécution, du développement de la stratégie produit, de la feuille de route et du cycle de vie du portefeuille du segment ARC. Ce rôle agit en tant que leader stratégique et technique, assurant le lien entre le produit, l’exécution commerciale, la valeur clinique et la voix du client, afin de favoriser une croissance durable, la compétitivité et la satisfaction client sur les zones géographiques couvertes (la Région Internationale comprend l’Europe, le Moyen Orient, l’Afrique, l’Amérique latine, l’Inde, le Japon et l’AKA).
Ce poste se situe à l’interface du product management et du marketing amont et aval, de l’expertise clinique et de l’activation commerciale.
Il garantit que les exigences des marchés régionaux et les besoins des clients sont traduits en solutions ARC différenciées, conformes et compétitives.
Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
- Support the ARC portfolio growth for the International Region, including strategy, execution, lifecycle management, and competitive positioning.
- Contribute to product vision, value proposition, roadmap, and long term strategy, incorporating customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead regional input into World Wide Product Planning (WWPP), Long Term Strategy (LTS), and new product introduction (NPI) processes.
- Ensure portfolio eligibility and readiness across regions, including regulatory, service, compliance, and configuration management (e.g., Apttus).
- Unleash AI and innovation potential by developing partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems.
Market, Customer & Competitive Intelligence
- Support KOL strategy and engagement, building advocacy and accelerating adoption.
- Analyze competitive landscape, pricing dynamics, win/loss data, and market forces to identify growth opportunities, potential threats and lead associated action plans.
- Consolidate competitive intelligence and turn it into actionable insights for commercial teams.
- Exercise judgment on financial, operational, and commercial risks associated with business proposals and initiatives.
Commercial Enablement & Business Development
- Act as a technical and clinical advisor to modality leaders, commercial teams, and service sales teams.
- Support tender responses, including first line technical input and differentiation for Public and Private market opportunities.
- Participate directly in customer meetings, representing advanced product expertise and contributing to deal strategy and closure.
- Collaborate with PCS international teams to propose innovative, value‑based solutions tailored to customer clinical and economic needs.
- Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual objectives defined in the modality operational plan.
Quality, Compliance & Professional Standards
- Comply with the GE HealthCare Quality Management System, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Complete all required Quality & Compliance training on time.
- Proactively identify and report quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field required.
- Proven experience in product marketing, portfolio strategy, or go‑to‑market execution within the Medical Device industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience working within defined operating and policy frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and influence without authority.
- English fluency.

Stratégie Produit & Pilotage du Portefeuille

- Piloter les contributions régionales aux processus de World Wide Product Planning (WWPP), de Long Term Strategy (LTS) et de New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Garantir l’éligibilité et la préparation du portefeuille dans l’ensemble des régions, incluant les aspects réglementaires, services, conformité et gestion des configurations (ex. : Apttus).
- Accélérer le potentiel de l’IA et de l’innovation en développant des partenariats avec des institutions académiques et des écosystèmes d’innovation.
Intelligence Marché, Clients & Concurrence
- Soutenir la stratégie et l’engagement des KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) afin de développer l’adhésion, renforcer l’influence et accélérer l’adoption des solutions.
- Analyser le paysage concurrentiel, les dynamiques de prix, les données de gains/pertes (win/loss) et les tendances du marché afin d’identifier les opportunités de croissance, les menaces potentielles et de piloter les plans d’actions associés.
- Consolider l’intelligence concurrentielle et la transformer en recommandations exploitables pour les équipes commerciales.
- Exercer un jugement avisé sur les risques financiers, opérationnels et commerciaux associés aux propositions et initiatives business.
Activation Commerciale & Développement Business
- Agir en tant que référent technique et clinique auprès des équipes commerciales de la modalité et des équipes de vente de services.
- Soutenir les réponses aux appels d’offres, en apportant une contribution technique de premier niveau et en assurant la différenciation pour les opportunités des marchés publics et privés.
- Participer directement aux rendez‑vous clients, en apportant une expertise produit avancée.
- Collaborer avec les équipes PCS International afin de proposer des solutions innovantes et à forte valeur ajoutée, adaptées aux besoins cliniques et économiques des clients.
- Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs trimestriels et annuels définis dans le plan opérationnel de la modalité.
Qualité, Conformité & Standards Professionnels
- Se conformer au système de management de la qualité de GE HealthCare, aux politiques internes ainsi qu’aux lois et réglementations applicables.
- Suivre et valider dans les délais toutes les formations obligatoires en matière de Qualité et de Conformité.
- Identifier de manière proactive et signaler toute problématique liée à la qualité ou à la conformité, et contribuer aux actions correctives.
Requis
- Diplôme de niveau Master (MBA ou équivalent) en marketing, commerce, sciences de la vie, ingénierie ou domaine connexe requis.
- Expérience avérée en marketing produit, stratégie de portefeuille ou exécution de stratégies de mise sur le marché (go‑to‑market) dans l’industrie des dispositifs médicaux.
- Fort sens commercial et expérience dans un environnement structuré par des cadres opérationnels et des politiques définies.
- Capacité démontrée à collaborer avec des équipes transverses et à passer les messages par influence.
