About the Role

- Provide onsite clinical applications training to users on GE equipment in given modality area.
- Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager.
- Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.
- Maintain satisfactory after sale relationships and develop long term customer relationships.
- Promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
- Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
- Support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
- Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
- Document trainings, site visits and customer interactions as per the local protocol.
- Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events.
Requirements
- Based on a Radiographer or biomedical engineering degree you bring a significant experience in Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine/PET).
- Excellent interpersonal skills including team working and good communication skills.
- Self motivated and willingness to take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
- Able and willing to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
- Able and open to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average).
- Speak and write English fluently.

Job Description Summary
- The role of a Clinical Education Specialist is primarily to deliver and coordinate training on GE Healthcare’s products.
- This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also remotely using digital methods.
- The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the Molecular Imaging installed base.

Required Qualifications
- Based on a Radiographer or biomedical engineering degree you bring a significant experience in Molecular Imaging (Nuclear Medicine/PET).

Desired Characteristics
- Post graduate qualification in Nuclear Medicine.
- Experience working with GE products.
- Experience in conducting training in Molecular Imaging.
- Any experience working in other modality such as CT or Xray is a bonus.
