Senior Product Manager, Agentic AI Assistants (EMEA)

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Deel's agentic AI assistants across internal and customer-facing experiences.
• Prototype with LLM APIs, design tool-calling and agent workflows, run evaluations, and investigate traces and failure modes.
• Define quality measures for accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and task completion, and use them to drive iteration.
• Lead engineers, designers, and data scientists by setting direction and maintaining execution momentum.
• Track new model capabilities, SDKs, agent frameworks, and retrieval methods and translate them into product opportunities.
• Ship MVPs, learn from real usage, and redirect or stop work when data or technology changes.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, support, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver backend systems and frontend experiences.
• Balance internal productivity with quality customer-facing assistant experiences.

You'll Be a Great Fit If You

• Have at least 6 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning AI-powered or technically complex products end-to-end.
• Have hands-on experience building AI assistants or agents, including direct work with LLM APIs.
• Understand AI evaluations, including how to design them, what to measure, and how to use them for product quality and model selection.
• Understand LLM capabilities and limitations, including prompting, tool use, retrieval, latency, cost, and failure modes.
• Can drive an ambitious cross-functional team through lightweight agile practices.
• Are an excellent communicator who can align engineers, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders.
• Care deeply about quality, from agent output precision to frontend user experience.

Technical Skills

• Experience with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, or comparable agentic tooling is a strong plus.
• Experience shipping agentic products to production at scale is a bonus.
• A technical background and experience with proprietary knowledge bases, support operations, or global HR, payroll, compliance, or SaaS are bonuses.
