Role Summary
The Sales Development Representative will break into new enterprise accounts and build relationships with multiple contacts.
The role includes market research, lead identification, lead qualification, and collaboration with the broader sales team.
Responsibilities
- Drive inbound and outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales leads.
- Educate and develop leads through calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
- Research lead-generation processes, marketing touchpoints, and handoff requirements for Account Executives.
- Create email sequences, make cold calls, and follow up until meetings are set.
- Contribute to the Sales Playbook and sales technology stack.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of sales development or similar outbound commercial experience.
- Proven achievement and overachievement of targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Native or fluent Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt quickly, and write effective sales email copy.
- CRM and sales engagement tool experience is a plus.
- HR or fintech experience, startup experience, and prior remote distributed-team experience are preferred.

Compensation
- Commercial role compensation may include commission eligibility and on-target earnings.
- Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a global reference and localized to the employee's country.
