Role Summary
The Senior Product Manager will own execution and evolution of Deel's Equity product within the Core Data organization.
The role connects equity data, payroll, and compliance into a scalable global equity experience.
What You Will Do
- Own day-to-day execution across equity data and equity services.
- Drive a roadmap focused on AI, automation, scalability, and global compliance.
- Partner with engineering teams in EMEA and APAC and collaborate with compliance, payroll, and compensation teams.
- Define ingestion and modeling of data from external stock administration platforms.
- Improve workflows for vesting, reporting, and compliance handling.
- Expand the product into new geographies and worker types and connect it with total compensation and rewards.
What You Will Bring
- 5 years of Product Management experience.
- Strong execution skills in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to own a product area end-to-end and operate in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience working in distributed, global teams.
- Understanding of financial concepts or ability to learn equity and compensation structures.
- Experience in fintech, payroll, compliance, or complex regulated domains is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- Experience with equity management, stock administration platforms, or cap table systems.
- Experience integrating products with external financial or HR systems.
Workplace and Location
- The role is remote and part of a globally distributed organization.
- Candidates must be based in EMEA.
Compensation
- Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a global reference and localized to the employee's country.
