- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences

- Lead product launch activities, including developing go to market strategies, sales enablement materials, and marketing communications
- Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and iterate
- Act as a subject matter expert for your product area

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, progress, and challenges

Senior Product Manager
- We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our key product lines.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.
- You will be responsible for defining product strategy, roadmap, and requirements, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct in depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
- Translate market and customer insights into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility, managing the product backlog effectively.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences, ensuring product usability and desirability.
- Work cross functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post launch iteration.
- Lead product launch activities, including developing go to market strategies, sales enablement materials, and marketing communications.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and iterate on existing features or develop new ones.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your product area, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers or associates, fostering a culture of product excellence and continuous learning.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product updates, progress, and challenges clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.
