Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end B2B sales process, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and account management
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, digital channels, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining an active CRM pipeline
- Develop marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales collateral
- Plan and execute webinars, product launches, industry events, email campaigns, and LinkedIn marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, and content creators to ensure timely campaign execution and brand consistency
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements based on lead generation and engagement metrics
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B FinTech, SaaS, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of the complete B2B sales lifecycle and consultative selling
- Experience in both business development and brand marketing
- Hands on knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.) and marketing automation/email marketing tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self driven, organized, target oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

Role Overview
- One of the growing Tech based organization is seeking to hire a hybrid Sales & Marketing role focused on driving business growth and strengthening brand presence within the B2B FinTech sector.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to onboarding and account management, while also executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support customer engagement.
- The role requires someone who can balance business development with strategic marketing, work closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative selling and effective brand building activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
