Job Description
Join a growing HR technology company in a full-time permanent Senior Product Engineer position.
The role combines software engineering and product management to define, design, and deliver features for a production AI product.
The successful candidate will orchestrate multiple AI agents while maintaining strong software development and product-quality principles.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid opportunity requiring the successful candidate to work onsite every Monday in downtown Toronto.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team during daily stand-ups and one-week sprints.
- Gather and write product requirements and develop technical specifications.
- Define new features and support their engineering delivery.
- Use AI-assisted workflows and agents to support product development.
- Orchestrate multiple AI agents while maintaining engineering quality and product-quality principles.
