Role Overview

Workplace

• This is a hybrid opportunity requiring the successful candidate to work onsite every Monday in downtown Toronto.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and write product requirements, develop technical specifications, define features, and translate business needs into engineering solutions.
• Develop and manage agentic AI workflows, orchestration pipelines, evaluations, and LLM-based agent models.
• Use AI-assisted workflows and orchestrate multiple AI agents while maintaining strong software and product-quality principles.
• Collaborate with the team through daily stand-ups and one-week sprints.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4–6 years of software engineering experience and previous product management experience.
• At least 1 year developing or managing agentic AI workflows, including orchestration pipelines, evaluations, and LLM-based agent models.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Mastra, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Claude Code, Claude Design, or comparable AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to maintain engineering quality, gather requirements, write specifications, and collaborate in a fast-paced sprint environment.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience building or enhancing an AI product in a startup or early-stage product environment is preferred.
