Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance and while onsite Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for engineering and technical positions.
- Recruit for roles such as:
- Mechanical Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Manufacturing Engineers
- Process Engineers
- Field Service Engineers
- Equipment Engineers
- Manufacturing Technicians
- Firmware and Embedded Engineers
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Partner with account managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide market intelligence regarding candidate availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience.
- At least 1 year recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled technical talent.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Ability to manage 3-5 active requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience conducting phone and virtual candidate interviews.
- Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
