SAP HR Implementation Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP HCM ECC6, particularly Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Support design workshops, effort estimation, functional documentation, integration testing, test-case development, and deployment readiness.
• Address collective agreement changes, benefits and bonuses, quota-bank calculations, CATS validations, PT schemas and PCRs, calendars, and system parameters.
• Use or support LSMW and SECATT scripts where applicable.

Required qualifications

• College or university degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar IT business analysis role and 3–5 years analyzing and configuring SAP HCM in ECC6.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience across at least three SAP HR modules, including TM/Time Evaluation, CATS, PA, OM, or PY.
• Strong SAP configuration experience and requirements-analysis skills.
• French fluency and good English proficiency are required.
• Candidates must be eligible for Controlled Goods registration, Canadian security clearances, and U.S. ITAR requirements.

Preferred qualifications

• SAP certification in at least one relevant module.
• Knowledge of or project experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Payroll schema and PCR experience.
• Experience creating LSMW or SECATT scripts.
• Leadership and practical solution recommendation skills.

Compensation

• Compensation is CAD 90,000 to CAD 150,000 per year.
• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.
