Senior Product Designer — Trading Platform & Mobile Apps

Requirements

• You will design core FundingPips product experiences across web and native mobile apps, including:
• Trader dashboards, account pages, challenge/evaluation flows, payouts, rule visibility, notifications, and user journeys.
• Data-heavy interfaces involving balances, progress, statuses, account metrics, trading-related information, and user actions.
• Mobile app experiences for iOS and Android.
• UX flows from early wireframes through polished production-ready UI.
• Product design systems, reusable components, states, patterns, and interaction standards.
• Custom iconography and a FundingPips-native icon pack.
• Improvements to existing product screens where the current interface quality is not high enough.
• Close collaboration with product engineering, visual design, growth, and leadership.

Qualifications

• You should be very strong in product design, UX, and UI.
• We are especially interested in designers who have worked on fintech, trading, brokerage, crypto, payments, banking, prop trading, SaaS dashboards, or other complex data-heavy products.
• 6+ years of product design experience.
• A portfolio showing real shipped product work, not only marketing sites or concept shots.
• Strong experience designing both web apps and mobile apps.
• Excellent UI craft: layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, components, interaction states, and visual polish.
• Strong UX judgment for complex flows, edge cases, empty states, loading states, errors, permissions, and responsive behavior.
• Experience designing dashboards, tables, forms, product settings, financial flows, or other complex interfaces.
• Experience working directly with engineers and understanding implementation tradeoffs.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, variants, variables, libraries, and design-system hygiene.
• Ability to create or direct custom icon systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving product environment where quality and speed both matter.

• Experience in trading, CFDs, prop trading, brokerage, exchanges, crypto, investment apps, neobanks, or payments.
• Experience designing native mobile apps.
• Experience building a design system from scratch or significantly improving an existing one.
• Experience designing for high-scale consumer fintech products.
• Experience with motion/interaction details, microinteractions, or prototyping.
• Ability to think like a product owner, not just a screen designer.
• This is not primarily a brand, marketing, illustration, or landing-page design role.
• We already have visual design support for marketing and campaign work.
• The gap we need to close is product/interface design: the actual user experience inside the FundingPips platform.
