About the Role
Lucidya is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its Agentic AI platform for customer experience intelligence. You will design intuitive workflows that build trust in AI-driven actions, working on complex problems around autonomy and transparency.

Responsibilities
- Design end to end experiences for Agentic AI initiatives, making AI feel trustworthy and intuitive
- Simplify complex AI workflows into natural, easy to navigate interfaces
- Contribute polished design work that raises the overall quality of the platform
- Design onboarding, education, and feedback loops to help customers adopt AI faster
- Create experiences that work naturally in both Arabic and English, including RTL considerations
- Build reusable patterns, components, and interaction models for scalability
- Use research to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Participate in critiques, mentor other designers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component systems and prototyping
- Experience conducting or contributing to user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking.
- Strong UX and interaction design skills.
- Excellent visual design craft.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma.
- Experience conducting or contributing to user research and usability testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills.
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI products, copilots, agents, or autonomous systems.
- Designing experiences that communicate AI confidence, reasoning, and uncertainty.
- RTL and Arabic first product design.
