- Design end to end experiences for Agentic AI initiatives, making AI feel trustworthy
- Turn complex problems into intuitive workflows for autonomous systems
- Raise the quality bar across the product with polished design work
- Design onboarding, education, and feedback loops to help customers adopt AI faster
- Design for Arabic first enterprise users, ensuring RTL and cultural considerations
- Build reusable patterns, components, and interaction models for scalability
- Use research to inform decisions and validate solutions
- Participate in critiques, mentor other designers, and contribute to a culture of improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking
- Strong UX and interaction design skills
- Excellent visual design craft
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component systems and prototyping
- Experience conducting or contributing to user research and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
- Strong communication skills

- How do we reduce cognitive load instead of simply moving it elsewhere?

- How do we create AI experiences that feel equally natural in Arabic and English?
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking
- Strong UX and interaction design skills
- Excellent visual design craft
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component systems and prototyping
- Experience conducting or contributing meaningfully to user research and usability testing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
