- Prepare and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender processes
- Evaluate commercial and technical proposals and prepare recommendation reports
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to secure the best value
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts management, and supplier relationship management
- Proven experience in tendering processes, RFQs, RFPs, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations
- Excellent in English and Arabic
