About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and procure materials, equipment, and services in accordance with business requirements
- Obtain quotations, compare supplier offers, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
- Monitor supplier performance and address issues related to quality, delivery, and service levels
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to support operational and project requirements
- Identify cost saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices to improve efficiency
- Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and provide procurement support
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations
- Utilize ERP systems, preferably SAP, to manage procurement activities and reporting
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental objectives
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements and company standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in procurement or supply chain function
- Mechanical engineering background with experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Good understanding of end to end supply chain processes
- Proven experience in sourcing technical materials, equipment, and services for Oil & Gas operations and projects
- Professional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics is an advantage
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, and contract administration skills
