Role Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is hiring a Senior Procurement Executive in Dubai.
The role focuses on procurement, supplier management, negotiation, material sourcing, and cost control for construction, landscaping, MEP, or contracting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services.
- Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Compare quotations using price, quality, and delivery terms.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.
- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries, lead times, pending orders, and supplier commitments.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, operations, accounts, and stores teams.
- Resolve delivery delays, shortages, discrepancies, and quality issues.
- Ensure materials meet project specifications, approved samples, and quality requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and identify cost savings and value optimization opportunities.
- Support material planning, forecasting, market research, alternative sourcing, and management reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, construction materials, equipment, and market prices.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and commercial evaluation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, MEP, contracting, or a related industry is preferred.
- UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.
