Operations Manager
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple landscaping, technical works, MEP, and construction projects in the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in a senior operations management role, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects, large site teams, resources, subcontractors, clients, and overall project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery.
- Manage project teams, engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, manpower requirements, and resource allocation.
- Oversee operational budgets, project costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
- Take ownership of operational issues and ensure timely resolution of site and project challenges.
- Review project performance and provide regular operational reports and updates to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, cost efficiency, and overall project performance.
- Support senior management in operational planning, business decisions, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in Operations Management or a similar senior role – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in landscaping, technical works, MEP, construction, or related industries.
