Role Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for landscaping projects in Dubai.
The preferred background includes planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for landscaping, infrastructure, or construction projects.
Planning and Scheduling
- Prepare, develop, and regularly update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Develop baseline programmes, recovery programmes, revised schedules, and short-term look-ahead schedules.
- Establish project activities, sequences, durations, dependencies, milestones, and key project targets.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules are realistic and aligned with project requirements and contractual timelines.
Progress Monitoring and Control
- Monitor daily and weekly site progress and compare planned progress against actual performance.
- Collect progress updates from Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and other project teams.
- Track planned versus actual progress, productivity, manpower, equipment, and resource utilization.
- Identify potential delays, critical activities, and schedule risks at an early stage.
- Recommend practical recovery and mitigation measures to minimize project delays.
