Role Overview
Join the F&B team in Dubai as an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Barista.
The role focuses on coffee, healthy drinks, smoothies, shakes, juices, and excellent customer service.
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare and serve coffee, healthy drinks, shakes, smoothies, juices, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment properly.
Customer Service and Operations
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
- Monitor beverage ingredients and supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar and preparation area.
- Handle, store, and prepare ingredients properly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain overall cleanliness.
