Role Overview
Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Executive to join its procurement team in Dubai.
The role supports construction, landscaping, MEP, contracting, and related procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services.
- Source suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate timely delivery of required materials.
- Coordinate with project, estimation, operations, accounts, and stores teams.
- Track deliveries, lead times, pending orders, supplier commitments, shortages, and quality issues.
- Verify materials against project specifications, approved samples, and quality requirements.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor costs, identify savings, support material planning, and research alternative suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in procurement, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, MEP, contracting, or related industries is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE suppliers, construction materials, equipment, and market prices.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, commercial evaluation, communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements under deadlines, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience and immediate joining are preferred.
