Role Overview
Senior Procurement & Commercials Manager reporting directly to the CEO in a hands-on individual contributor role.
Primary focus is platform evaluation and companywide vendor negotiations across software, shipping and logistics, agencies, manufacturers, and other suppliers.
The role owns evaluation standards, negotiation strategy, portfolio visibility, and renewal, consolidation, replacement, and exit decisions within approved authority.

Role Overview
Senior Procurement & Commercials Manager reporting directly to the CEO in a hands-on individual contributor role.
Primary focus is platform evaluation and companywide vendor negotiations across software, shipping and logistics, agencies, manufacturers, and other suppliers.
The role owns evaluation standards, negotiation strategy, portfolio visibility, and renewal, consolidation, replacement, and exit decisions within approved authority.
Compensation
- Total annual package is up to USD 121,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
- Compensation includes base salary and a monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base salary.
- Annual salary review takes place every January.
Workplace
- The position is remote and can be performed globally with meaningful time zone overlap.
- Employees may optionally work from the Dubai office, with relocation and visa sponsorship support available.
