Role Overview
Puffy is hiring a Personal Assistant to own the CEO’s personal operations end to end.
The role covers experience curation, research and sourcing, provider-network development, and proactive calendar and task management.
The position reports directly to the CEO and emphasizes anticipation, judgment, and end-to-end ownership.
Core Responsibilities
- Build a vetted provider network across lifestyle, wellness, automotive, and home services.
- Research, compare, and shortlist high-quality products, services, providers, and solutions.
- Secure coveted reservations and coordinate exclusive event access.
- Design personalized experiences calibrated to the CEO’s standards.
- Manage the personal calendar strategically and anticipate needs before they are articulated.
- Own every task from inception to completion and troubleshoot obstacles independently.
- Build relationships with elite service providers and ensure exceptional outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of experience in concierge services, lifestyle management, hospitality, or an executive or personal assistant role focused on exceptional execution.
- Proven expertise in researching and vetting high-quality providers, products, and solutions.
